I would just like to show my support for the proposed Flemingate development. Being previously unaware of this development I recently viewed the plans and designs and was very impressed. I think a cinema for the town is an excellent idea providing entertainment that is accessible to everyone without having to drive there. Also the new hotel will bring in many more tourists, boosting the economy and providing much needed accomodation. let's just hope it doesn't suffer the same fate as the Grovehill development.
